This leadership position will be accountable for various key programs and projects ensuring milestones are met, dependencies are understood and challenged are resolved. This role will work hand in hand with other executives within the Finance, Risk, IT and Treasury groups.
Responsible for ensuring consistent program compliance with U.S. Regulators. This role collaborates with representatives from the banks’ parent company, business lines, risk personnel, model development and technology as an expert resource in building out requirements and is a critical component for effecting the necessary change successfully implementing CCAR.
Leads the Program infrastructure and the development of requirements for CCAR ensuring that the bank’s CCAR Program is comprehensive with the U.S. regulatory rules as well as with BNPP’s global standards Leads the development of the program escalation and reporting solution Manages the Program resourcing Plays a lead role in facilitating and ensuring ongoing communication and collaboration between parties as required, including a high degree of senior stakeholder influencing and change management Serves as a primary point of contact for inquiries on Bank of the West CCAR team members in understanding U.S. Regulators and BNPP policies, processes and approaches Support the CCAR program’s project owners on identifying processes and tools that have been developed by U.S. Regulators and BNPP’s Global Risk Management team and to the fullest extent possible leverage those components for CCAR Program Maintain and communicate CCAR Program charter and escalate issues and risks as necessitated by the program charter
